Ronak e Rang offers a 14-day exchange policy on all items sold at their original price. Exchanges are subject to the availability of stock.

For local orders, delivery typically takes 2-3 working days. However, during sale periods, shipping may take 4-5 working days.

A delivery charge of Rs. 199 applies to all orders.

For international orders, processing usually takes 1-2 working days, and shipping takes 4-6 days. During sale periods, shipping may take 8-12 working days. Currently, only bank transfer or credit/debit card payment methods are accepted; Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Ronak e Rang reserves the right to cancel orders for various reasons.

In the event of cancellation, payments made through bank transfer or credit/debit card will be refunded within 20 days of order receipt.

Please note that refunds are not offered for international orders at this time. However, exchanges are allowed within 20 days of purchase, provided the customer covers the full shipping cost. Fragrances are non-returnable unless damaged
